Just In time For the Season!

Two New Holiday Devotionals & an Audiobook!

Just in time for the holiday season…

I’ve just released TWO new seasonal devotional books!

SIMPLY ADVENT is a simple reading guide for you to use during the four Sundays of Advent (and Christmas Eve). You can use it at home or in your church. Since Advent started yesterday (December 1) you may need to squeeze in an extra reading next Sunday. (or figure something else out!) Each day’s reading has a devotional, scripture, prayer, and a suggested Christmas carol. Here’s the blurb:

Advent is a special season for many Christians around the world and marks a time of anticipation leading up to the celebration of our Saviour’s birth. Traditions and variations abound when it comes to celebrating this momentous occasion. This little booklet is not meant to be an exhaustive treatise on the subject. Rather, it is a very simple introduction meant to encourage participants to incorporate Advent into their other seasonal celebrations. Use it as a jumping-off place to delve further into this rich tradition.

HANUKKAH FOR JESUS FOLLOWERS is similar in that it includes a reading for each day of Hanukkah, scripture, and prayer. I also talk a bit about why Christians can enjoy this Jewish holiday. Here’s the blurb:

Why celebrate Hanukkah as a Christian? Isn’t it a Jewish holiday? In the apostle Paul’s letter to the Romans, he goes into detail about how Christians have been “grafted in” to the root. We have an inheritance along with our Jewish brothers and sisters and can partake of all the good gifts God has for us, which includes celebrations such as Hanukkah! Why not celebrate? Have fun and be inspired during this holiday season.

Both are available where ever good books are sold.

But that’s not all!

I am also so very pleased to announce that my short novella-length book THE BEST BLUE CHRISTMAS has just released as an AUDIOBOOK! Here’s the blurb:

Cassidy hates Christmas. It’s why she fled to the Yukon in the first place. To her surprise, her good-looking outdoorsy neighbor also dislikes the holidays. They make a pact to help one another get through the season but discover Christmas might not be so bad depending on who you’re with.

Happy holiday reading! (Or listening!)
